WeTransfer is utilized for online delivery of exports. I maintain this for 30 days, after which access to originals may be requested by email or my contact form here.

The clock starts at the location and time of the shoot. Any more than 15min late with no early notification will result in a no show and rescheduling will be $100.

If I’m late to the shoot more than 15min, as an apology I’ll offer my first photo package voucher.

Courtesy extensions for the shoot are circumstantial on time of day and my schedule that day.

Sometimes Mother Nature has different plans for our original shoot date. In this case, we can plan for the closest available date that works for both of us and travel comp will not be charged for original date of service.

In instances which I need more than two hands or eyes. I maintain a list of qualified industry colleges I reach to for availability.

The contribution to the project they bring will be reflected in the final invoice and may vary.

Your photo exports are exported at 6K resolution, each file being about 24MB each. At 100+ images this makes downloading off the web slow and if saved on your cloud accounts (Google Photos, iCloud), will clog your available space.

As a solution I offer a high speed 64GB USB that will work well as a medium to store your incredible quality pictures. We also export high and lower resolution copies of your pictures so that you can still share over the internet.

No, RAW’s are an unfinished product, like an uncooked steak (get it? Its raw). I deliver only finished products to my clients.
